  10. Most concrete products carry a lifetime guarantee from the manufacturer.

  11. Do you have the necessary permits to handle products and equipment?
  12. We have fully licensed and certified drivers and machine operators.

  13. What are your accepted payment methods?
  14. We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit cards and cash.

  15. Can we pick up our order(s)?
  16. Yes, our customers are free to choose to pick up their order or have it delivered for a standard charge.

  5. Do you replace the products that get damaged at the time of delivery?
  6. Yes, but only when reported at time of delivery.

  7. How do you sell your materials?
  8. Soils and mulches are sold by the yard. Aggregate and natural stone are sold by the tonne. Interlock and flagstone are sold by the square foot.

  9. Is there any minimum or maximum quantity order for delivery?
  10. Yes; for aggregates, it needs to be 0.5 tonnes minimum.

  11. When do you deliver your products after the order is placed?
  12. We deliver within one to two days after the order is placed. 

  13. Can you deliver more than one product at the same time?
  14. Yes; most of our trucks can split products to deliver multiple materials at one time.

  15. How do we buy your bulk products?
  16. You can call our order desk or come in to the yard.

  17. Do you offer any type of special offers or trade discounts on your products?
  18. Discounts are based on dollar volume and increase accordingly. Trades people are encouraged to bring in business registrations at the time of their first order.
